Focus groups

By the way, no one does focus groups anymore.  Now it’s Nominal Group Technique (NGT) or modified Delphi method.  Click the link for an example of each NGT and Delphi.

And don’t worry, these processes only sound complicated.  They actually make conducting a focus group much easier.
